The CryptoSafe Capsule holds your recovery phrase as loose engraved tiles inside a sealed stainless steel tube. It is the most discreet format we sell — it does not look like a crypto product, and it hides almost anywhere.
Tiles, not stamping
You thread pre-engraved character tiles onto the internal rod in the order of your phrase, then seal the capsule. Nothing is permanent, so a mistake costs you nothing but a minute. Adjustable separators keep the words apart and let you change the contents later.

Why steel beats paper
Every hardware wallet ships with a paper card for your recovery phrase, and that card is the weakest part of the whole setup. Paper burns, soaks through and fades — and in Thailand's climate, termites treat a sheet in a drawer as food. A backup can be eaten long before you next go looking for it.
Steel removes all of that at once. Fire, flood, humidity and insects stop being your problem.
Works with
Any wallet that gives you a BIP39 recovery phrase — which is almost all of them. Ledger Nano S Plus, Nano X, Flex and Stax; Trezor; Tangem; SafePal; OneKey; Keystone; D'CENT; CoolWallet; Blockstream Jade; KeepKey and others. Tangem is seedless by default, so this applies if you have chosen to create or import a seed phrase.
Common questions
Why a capsule instead of a plate?
It is far easier to hide. A flat plate looks like what it is; a small metal tube does not, and it fits places a plate will not.
Can I store something other than a seed phrase?
Yes. It supports every printable ASCII character, so passwords and private keys work too.
Can I change it later?
Yes. The tiles come off the rod and the separators move, so the contents are not fixed.
Is it the same as a Cryptosteel Capsule?
It works the same way — loose character tiles on a rod inside a sealed steel tube.
Warranty
CryptoSafe products are sold without warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure the model is right for you before ordering — we are happy to answer any questions first, in Thai or English.

Neither SIAMBC nor any wallet manufacturer will ever ask for it, whatever reason is given — warranty claims, identity verification, firmware updates or account recovery. Those words are the key to your funds. Whoever has them owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

Return and Exchange Policy
Faulty on arrival: if a device arrives defective — a broken screen, a connectivity fault — we replace it with a new one straight away. No forms, no waiting on the manufacturer.
Warranty: hardware wallets carry a 1-year warranty, handled by us rather than an overseas support queue. CryptoSafe steel backup products are sold without warranty, as stated on those product pages.
Non-defective products: for security reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items. A hardware wallet that has left our hands and come back cannot be resold as sealed. Please check compatibility before ordering — compare every model side by side or ask us first.
How to arrange a replacement

- Include your order number, what is wrong, and a photo or short video.
- We will arrange the replacement and cover the return shipping.
Refunds: we exchange faulty items rather than refund them.

This matters more than it sounds. A hardware wallet bought from an unknown marketplace seller can arrive already set up by someone else, with a recovery phrase they know. It is the one purchase where the seller genuinely matters.

What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?
Nothing, as long as you still have your recovery phrase. The device only holds the keys — buy any compatible wallet, enter your phrase, and your crypto is back.
The real risk is losing the phrase itself. That is why we suggest keeping it on steel rather than the paper card in the box. Paper burns, floods, and in Thailand termites eat it.
Will anyone ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, without exception. Neither SIAMBC nor any manufacturer will ever ask for your recovery phrase — not for a warranty claim, not for identity verification, not for a firmware update. Whoever has those words owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.
