D'CENT natively supports 85+ blockchain networks and thousands of assets, including ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, SPL and Trustlines tokens.

Unusually, it also lets you add custom token accounts manually, so an asset the app does not list yet can still be managed. Up to 80 coin accounts per device.

Common questions

How is the fingerprint different from unlocking with Face ID on my phone?
Phone biometrics unlock an app. This sensor is on the wallet itself and authorizes the transaction, so the approval never depends on your phone being trustworthy.

How many fingerprints can I register?
Two, and both have the same level of access. Deleting one removes both.

Does it need charging?
Yes. The 530 mAh battery gives up to 4 hours of continuous use and holds charge about a month when off. Top it up every month or two if you store it.

Is a USB cable included?
No. D'CENT ship the wallet without one, so you will need a data-capable USB-C cable.

Can I use it from a computer?
Yes, through the D'CENT Chrome extension on Windows or macOS. That extension works only with the Biometric Wallet.

Anyone who asks for your 24-word recovery phrase is a scammer. No exceptions.

Neither SIAMBC nor D'CENT will ever ask for it, whatever reason is given — warranty claims, identity verification, system updates or account recovery. Those 24 words are the key to your funds. Whoever has them owns your crypto, and it can never be recovered.

Where will you keep your recovery phrase?

Your wallet comes with a paper card to write the words on. That card is one house fire, one flood or one termite nest away from gone — and if the words are gone, so is the crypto. Putting them into steel removes all three risks at once.
