Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Thailand as standard, and orders are placed normally at checkout.

International shipping is available on request. Overseas orders are arranged individually rather than through checkout, because shipping cost, carrier and customs handling depend on the destination. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, nationwide. There is no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days nationwide. Bangkok and neighboring provinces usually arrive faster.

Please allow extra time around public holidays. Courier networks across Thailand slow down during holiday periods such as Songkran and New Year, and deliveries can take several days longer than usual even when your order is dispatched on time.

Same-day delivery in Bangkok

Same-day delivery is available in Bangkok by Grab or LINEMAN. Message us on LINE at @siambc to arrange it. Payment for same-day delivery is by bank transfer.

Collect from our store

You can collect your order from our Bangkok store, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delay. If you spot a mistake, message us on LINE at @siambc with your order number as soon as possible and we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
