Acceptance of these terms

These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the SIAMBC website. By accessing or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them in whole or in part, please stop using the website.

Definitions

In these terms, “the Company”, “we” and “us” mean Siam BC Co., Ltd. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses or uses this website and/or orders products from us. “Website” means siambc.com and all pages under that domain. “Products” means hardware wallets and other goods we sell. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

This website uses cookies so that it functions correctly, to analyze usage and to improve your experience. For cookies that are not necessary for the website to function, such as analytics and marketing cookies, we ask for your consent before using them and will not set them until you consent. You may give, refuse, change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner on the website.

The collection, use and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we and/or our licensors own all intellectual property rights appearing on this website. All such rights are reserved.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not republish material from this website; sell, rent or sub-license material from this website; reproduce, copy or adapt material from this website; or redistribute material from this website, except material specifically made available for redistribution.

Products and liability

Your responsibility for security

You are solely responsible for keeping confidential your password, PIN, recovery phrase (seed phrase), private key and passphrase, and for the physical security of the product itself.

We never ask for and never store any of that information, under any circumstances. If anyone claims to be our employee or representative and asks you for it, do not disclose it and tell us immediately.

We cannot recover your digital assets if your recovery phrase is lost, forgotten or becomes known to another person.

Use of products with third parties

Use of a product may be subject to the terms of the manufacturer, a wallet provider or a cryptocurrency network, which may involve fees and restrictions affecting how you use it. You are responsible for all such fees and must comply with those restrictions.

Limitation of liability

Products are manufactured and supplied by their respective manufacturers. We are a distributor only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that (a) the products or any associated wallet will operate uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any merchant or person will accept cryptocurrency stored using the products; (c) the products will meet your specific requirements; or (d) any associated network, including internet services and cryptocurrency networks, will be available at all times.

We do not operate or control the products, wallets, cryptocurrencies or those networks, and we are not liable for events outside our control such as unavailability of internet services, network delays, system failures or interruptions to connectivity.

For technical questions or problems concerning a product, its software, a wallet or a cryptocurrency network, you should contact the relevant manufacturer or service provider directly.

Firmware and software

Firmware, applications and companion software for a product are supplied and controlled by its manufacturer, not by us. Manufacturers release firmware updates from time to time, including updates that address security issues. Installing those updates is your responsibility, and we recommend keeping your device current.

Manufacturer defects and security advisories

Where a manufacturer identifies a defect, vulnerability or security issue in a product, the manufacturer is responsible for the remedy. We will pass on manufacturer advisories to customers we can identify as affected, and we will assist you with a warranty claim or replacement where the manufacturer provides one.

We do not design or manufacture the products we distribute and we do not write their firmware. We cannot detect a latent defect inside a sealed device before it is sold.

No guarantee of absolute security

No hardware wallet eliminates risk. Security also depends on how you set up and use the device, how and where you store your recovery phrase, and the software and networks you connect it to. You remain responsible for your own operational security.

We do not give investment advice

We distribute hardware wallets. Information on this website is intended to explain the products and does not constitute investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Any decision to invest in digital assets is your own risk and responsibility.

Payment

For orders within Thailand we accept PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, card payment in store and cash.

The methods available for online orders are shown at checkout. Bank transfers made through checkout are accepted from Thai bank accounts only. Payment in store and cash apply to orders collected at our Bangkok store.

Payment for international orders is agreed with you individually when we quote.

Prices shown on this website are in Thai Baht and include value added tax as required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Thailand as standard. International shipping is available on request and is arranged individually rather than through checkout — contact us for a quote before ordering. Orders are dispatched the same business day; estimated delivery is 1–3 business days. Actual transit time depends on the courier and the destination and may be outside our control, and deliveries take longer around public holidays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Exchanges and returns

Because of the security characteristics of hardware wallets, please check the model and its compatibility carefully before ordering.

We exchange products only where the product is defective or cannot connect to your device. The product must be in its original condition and you must provide proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or refunds where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, or where the product is not defective. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period differs by brand and by model — please ask us and we will confirm the period that applies to your product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification or normal wear and tear. When making a claim, please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may amend or update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with the date it takes effect. Continuing to use the website after publication means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
